The staff, medical team, Dr.Nackley and his team were all kind making me feel at ease and we'll taken care of.

Disastrous. On a GLP-1. Followed instructions exactly. Last injection 8 days before procedure. Even checked with nurse ahead of time to ge sure. Knew I was not cleaning out as before. Told prep nurse, anesthesiologist, every person I saw. Still encouraged to complete procedure. Had hemorrhoids, pain, and explosive diarrhea the entire day after. The instructions should be changed. I will be writing a letter to practice management.
